i gave my brother and his wife a hug and i told them: God loves you and so do i.

ok that may seem very normal to u but that was such a huge step for me to take, it was almost IMPOSSIBLE for me to do it. trust me. it wasnt a very natural thing for me to hug any one in my family. BUT i did it. i did it with His strength. and the result? God touched me so much even before i started saying anything to them, i started choking and the floodgates flew open. my bro and wife came home from dinner and i jus went up to hug them. they were probably thinking: what the hell is wrong with her?!?!!

but i din care. that wasnt suppose to be my worry. all i needed to do was wat God told me: to give them each a hug and tell them He loves them and i did. that`s all. nothing else.

so i did.

well u are probably wondering what happened. well to cut the longgggggggg story short, there was alot of anger i did feel towards my brother becos of many stupid things he did over the years (which i think he din even realise hurt me T_T). there are too many to list. so anyways recently loads of shit happened and it caused our relationship to sour even more than before and there was much tension in the household. we haven spoken in months (i kinda lost count alr). that was how bad the situation was la.

but God has been teaching me love and to reach out to those in love around me (especially those that are the most difficult to love T_T). it is difficult. very very difficult for me. but God touched my heart, took out the anger and filled it with love. and today i did what i did becos God filled me with His love to love the unlovely.

at that moment that i hugged them and said wat God wanted me to say, i started weeping non stop. even when i called sophie i couldnt stop crying. but anyways my point was that God was healing me through the whole process. as i did that, He mended that wound/cut/hole in my heart and took away that baggage of anger/distress that i was lugging around all these years. and now i`m as light as a feather! :)
