anyways, the last few days has been...... tiring. i received a call from a fren a few days back and wat he told me kinda upset me a lil. somehow i feel that what i`m doing is not enuff, yet i`m doing too much. i really am not sure what to do anymore. i feel tired, weary and very discouraged. i guess i jus need to take some time off and give myself a break. it`s funny how sometimes i encourage others and yet i don feel encouraged by those words myself. sigh
right now, all i can do is to hold on to my faith and trust that He will do what is best for me and for him. i saw 2 rainbows twice in the last week. i believe it is God`s promise to me and to my frens that He is in control. despite the dark clouds ard, there is a beautiful rainbow to brighten our day. He will carry us through.
wednesday i went for tuition at my couz place as usual. the twins gave me a really wonderful surprise. they did well for their math CA and test. so to thank me, they bought me a packet of sweets. though it`s not anything expensive, it meant alot to me. i was tearing a lil becos i was so touched. i was feeling so crappy that day and i was tired cos i had to go down after work. but that lil surprise totally changed my mood. it really brightened up my evening and i feel more motivated to help them do well for math. :) God really has His way of cheering me up when i`m feeling down. this is the rainbow i am talking about in the midst of dark clouds.
guys, as u`re reading this, i really hope u wont be discouraged about the things happening ard us (to those reading, if u dont know what i`m talking abt, this msg is not for u). tho things may seem like it aint gonna get any better, i know they will. for now, let`s keep him in prayer and i believe he will be free one day.
Amazing Grace
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me....
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.
T'was Grace that taught...
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear...
the hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares...
we have already come.
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far...
and Grace will lead us home.
The Lord has promised good to me...
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be...
as long as life endures.
When we've been here ten thousand years...
bright shining as the sun.
We've no less days to sing God's praise...
then when we've first begun.
